Minutes of PTC BMX Parents Association meeting 03/14/09

1. Roll Call: Shayne Robinson, Bart Lundy, Nicolle Beamon, Anthony Robinson, Karen Allen, Claire Camarata, Jon Sugden, Robert Perry. Reed Bradford-no show

2. Meeting called to order at 1:11 pm

3. Financial overview of upcoming expenses from Shayne.

4. Claire gave update on promotions. Putting together announcer’s notebook. Looking to collect additional sponsors for tracks. Easter event on Saturday April 11^th. Looking to promote Regional on radio and tv.

5. Bob Warnicke scholarship race rescheduled for May 2, 2009

6. Track Business: Anthony presented a to do list that includes:

· needing new compressor for gate

· Fix gate: reweld mesh, sheet-metal

· approval from city for purchase of sod

· installation of security cameras

7. Looking for additional volunteers to sign up for training for backups.
