2. Minutes of previous meeting.
3. Treasurers Report. President Cup Expenses, if you have raced 8 locals at our track this year and are qualified for the Presidents Cup race, PTCBMX will pay your entry fee of $45.
4. PTCBMX to do list – Anthony. Preparations for the National 2011
5. Schedule approved for 2011. State Series approved and presented. Discussion of National March 18-20^th Ideas and promotion possibilities. Sign ups for volunteer positions being taken now.

6. Election of officers for 2011 season. There have been no nominations submitted. Anthony Robinson will continue as track director for 2011, Shayne Robinson will continue as President and Treasurer. Michelle Mascara and Robin Mitchell to be trained as clerks of course this December.
